Job Description

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee performance and morale.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures, to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, developing actionable plans to boost store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized store environment for both customers and employees.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff, equipping them with essential product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or retail management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in a supervisory role within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software to streamline store operations.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve collective goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clientele.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights, ensuring active engagement on the sales floor.
